Here for sale is a nice vintage L.P. deluxe from early 1970. The pots are dated the 13th week of 70. It has a nice big 59' profile 3 piece neck that has been refretted with 6105 fretwire last year. The refret has brought life back into the guitars playability. The original frets were in need of a change. The neck is straight with no issues. No breaks etc. Everything is original except for the deluxe tuners and pickguard. The top was refinished in the proper gold hue but wasn't done professionally. Its showing some checking because of the nitro. The back of the body, neck and headstock front have the original finish that is showing some nice checking. The headstock doesn't have the 'made in USA' impressed in the wood and has a smaller volute. Early 91....... serial number. The mini buckers sound nice and strong. If i remember, they had readings of around 5.8K. It weighs in at 9.4 pounds. The case is the original yellow/golden lined 60's era and is in good condition. Overall its a nice playing,nice sounding deluxe with an awesome neck profile. Low action all the way the neck makes it a fast ,easy player that stays in tune well when doing the bends.
