It's hard to find a new piano that plays and sounds this good.The Kawai GS series are superb grand pianos, and are often compared favorably with Steinways and Bosendorfers.Pianos of this quality are very satisfying to play for all. Many artists prefer the touch on the Japanese instruments to that of the U.S.-made, and the precision of the Japanese actions has been the reason for quite a few concert artists "defecting" to the Japanese brands.This made in Japan Kawai GS-40 is in clean excellent condition. No scratches and does not show any wear inside and out. This Kawai has been in the same neighborhood since 1991. I'm the second owner. The soundboard top and bottom is also in mint condition.The piano has been regulated, voiced and tuned to factory specifications by Walter Piano Company, Elkhart IN. The tone produced by this grand piano is a very strong, rich and clear with great sustain throughout all registers. It feels great and you will fall in love with this gem.Includes original Kawai bench. Buyer arranges and pays for transport and insurance.
