Vintage Ludwig Sky Blue Pearl 1967 Super Classic - amazing condition!OK, don't miss this beauty, this is one hell of a vintage kit, we can't get over how good it is!With barely a mark on the beautiful Sky Blue Pearl wrap, immaculate white interiors, strong date stamps on the rack and floor tom, superb chrome-work and the glorious Ludwig vintage tone, why buy new???It's really rare to find a vintage kit in such great condition as this. There are one or two issues but you'd struggle to find one in as good condition and ready to play.22" x 14" Bass Drum: Serial Number 497812. The original rail mount has been removed and replaced with a 70's Ludwig central tom post. This has been extremely well done. One of the original rail mount holes is used by the central tom holder and the three remaining holes left have been extremely well filled with matching wrap, and neatly finished inside. They are almost impossible to see unless they are pointed out. There's no date stamp on this drum but the white interior is original and the drum is in great shape, with just a slight dent to the bearing edge in one place as shown in the photos. A previous owner had glued in some foam around the inside of the drum to dampen the sound. This has been removed but some tape residue remains. Chrome work is superb. Original hoops with original inlay. Original spurs.13" x 9" Rack Tom: Serial Number 499917. This drum is in amazing condition! The original baseball bat dampener has been replaced with a Canopus copy, but otherwise this drum is almost as good as when it left the factory. Strong date stamp on the white interior reads Feb 20th 1967. Original tom arm receiver box, which is a little scuffed but in fully working order, great chrome-work and hardly a mark on the wrap. 16" x 16" Floor tom: Serial Number 514425. As with the rack tom, this has had a replacement Canopus baseball bat muffle installed, but otherwise is in superb shape. Strong date stamp reads July 6th 1967.
