Here we have a pre-owned and built in 2011 Gibson L6-S, a natural finish maple bodied guitar built after the model that Gibson released in the 1970s and took hold by players such as Carlos Santana and Rich Williams of Kansas. The L6S has a maple neck with a slim-taper neck profile and matching maple neck, two humbuckers with a 4-conductor split-coil wiring: a 490R neck and 498T bridge pickup. The wiring on the L6S is different in that it has a master volume control along with two EQ pots for Bass and Treble roll-off.
