This is a custom one of a kind used partscaster owned and used by Ian Fowles of The Aquabats. Used live in both The Aquabats and Gerard Way and the Hormones. A lefty reverse Jazzmaster body (made by Banning Guitars of Lodi, CA) and a stock Fender Mexican standard Telecaster all maple neck (9.5 radius-gloss top, satin back). Featuring 3 incredible sounding and looking TV Jones pickups (Power-Tron Neck and Bridge, Magna-Tron Middle). Custom pickguard and backplate by The Pickguardian (Columbus, OH). Hard Tail Fender American bridge. Guitar was hand sprayed in Shell Pink nitrocellulose lacquer by Ian himself, with a very thin clear top coat as well. Assembled and fully set up by Paul Stebner of Guitar Remedy (Tustin, CA). It plays like a dream. The wiring is set up with the top knob as a master volume with a treble bleed and the back knob blends in the middle pickup to whatever pickup is chosen by the 3-way switch. The Power-Trons have a beefy Filtertron tone and the Magna-Tron adds a more Strat-like twang in. Light relic and some natural scuffs/dents present.
