Specializing in the restoration of saxophones with valued finishes like silver and gold. Below are the types of jobs you can request:
-Playing Condition-Replace pads, springs and corks as needed. Eliminate leaks -Playing Condition Polish- Where I do all of the above plus polish you horn to as like new as can be. -Full Restoration-Horn gets everything new and polished (New pads, new corks, new felts, regulated, free of leaks, meticulously polished (if silver or gold) (Message me if interested) *************** About the horn listed ***************** 1949 Buescher Aristocrat Big B Alto Saxophone with all new pads. The Aristocrat line are known for being free blowing, and fast action. Therefore, they're really sought after by Jazz, Blues players and collectors alike. This horn sound and plays very well. It will without doubt bring its new owner plenty of joy! This horn has been completely overhauled. It was totally disassembled, mechanically adjusted to remove any play in the keys, rods, hinges, and posts. Tone holes leveled, cleaned, removed old oil, dirt, grime and re-oiled. All brand new pads, felts, bumpers and cork.The neck has no pull down, the body is straight and the bell to body brace is intact. Some speckling throughout and a couple of dents add to the vintage look of the horn. Included is also the original case which is physically in ok shape. Two of the latches work perfectly but the third no longer locks automatically. It will lock manually. I will include a brand new mouthpiece and reed. Serial# 329xxx
