This guitar is in absolutely perfect condition. No flaws or blemishes whatsoever. It was originally purchased from Musician's Friend in June of 2013, but has only been played a handful of times and has always been stored in its case. A brand new one sells for about $2,700 making this impeccable instrument an incredible deal!The new addition to the line of John Petrucci signature guitars.The JPXI-6 is the latest joint effort between Dream Theater guitarist John Petrucci and the Music Man R&D team. The JPXI is loaded with a slew of top features from JPX and BFR Petrucci signature instruments. The JPXI™s finished mahogany neck has a streamlined symmetric extra-slim profile with a flatter 20" radius, and medium jumbo stainless steel frets on an ebony fingerboard. Bolted to a non-chambered alder body with mahogany Tone Block and maple top for killer looks and tone. The controls are similar to those of the JP BFR line, with two three-way toggles wired to the Custom Dimarzio LiquiFire and Crunch Lab humbucking pickups, in addition to the Piezo bridge pickup, for an endless array of tonal options.
