Resisted again due to another time wasting buyer. Please ask any questions before bidding/buying. Many thanks. Up for sale is my Dangerous 2-Bus 16x2 summing mixer, boxed and in extremely good condition, with external power supply. Selling because I now sum through a desk and am trying to declutter my little studio as well as fund some travelling. Retails for about £2,600. Mechanically working perfectly, cosmetically very good with minimal signs of being racked on the screw holes and a couple of small marks to the top panel. Essentially this takes 16 channels of analogue audio and mixes it into two, with the option of running pairs of channels as mono or stereo. There's a gain switch for each pair of channels as well as an overall level gain. The result is loads of headroom for a mix, plus the option of adding outboard processing into the signal chain. XLR connections at the rear (unlike its little brother, the 2-Bus LT) and two sets of outputs. Really well made and lovely and simple in operation. Well known amongst summing mixers and widely used, often espoused by the likes of Mixerman and Fab Dupont, and there are various online reviews. TapeOp concluded 'the Dangerous 2-BUS is fast and open, has lots of stereo width, and is super high-fidelity. It's a great alternative if you can't afford a six-figure mixing console.' Can be collected from either Barking (East London) or Cambridgeshire, or can be posted. For international bidders I use the eBay Global Shipping Programme - but note that this is a 240V model.
