Up for auction 1970-72 Gibson les paul custom "PROJECT" cherry burst with a flame maple neck ebony fret board the back of neck has dark cherry clear coat the flame maple can be seen in the light.  "No" head stock breaks, or set neck separation!!!  There are some surface cracks in the top but, is solid and doesn't affect tone or play ability... Solid guitar plays great and, has great tone as well...     I don't want to take money out of my savings to fix the damage to my roof of house so I'm selling some stuff..      AUCTION is for body and neck ONLY!!    I DON'T KNOW IF THIS GUITAR CAN BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.    PAYMENT TO BE MADE 24 HOURS AFTER AUCTIONS END!!    No parts just the husk!!    "neck & body"   these projects go for $1800.00 to over $2000.00 all the time!!!!!     This is the pancake body!!!      There is a scratch through one of the numbers in serial # like some little kid got ahold of it... I checked the serial # and any number in that space it all ways come back 1970-1972!!!         The only repair I am aware of is the fret board lifted a little at the nut end of neck hot hide glue was used and clamped over night and, has been solid ever since...  That's been over a year ago...    This also comes with what I think is the original chain saw hard case...
