This pre-owned 1997 Gibson SG In Heritage Cherry is a perfect example of what an SG should be: a fast playing neck that is smooth and comfortable, a lightweight heritage cherry body, and a pair of '57 classics wired up to deliver tones from smooth rock and blues to all out mayhem. The guitar has definitely been played and enjoyed by its previous owner, with a fair amount of marks and dings on the body. That being said, the frets still have excellent life to them and the guitar plays, feels and sounds exactly as you'd come to expect a USA Gibson to. The guitar has been professionally inspected and set up, and as such, the neck is straight and true while the action is low with no string buzzing. The guitar comes with the original hard shell case, and save for a single faulty latch, it is in overall good condition as well.
