Fender Jimmie Vaughan Signature Stratocaster in Olympic White, 1997. In original condition with Fender Tex-Mex pickups & custom Jimmie Vaughan wiring. The serial number dates this to 1997, & the previous owner told me it was bought for his daughter to learn to play on - but she quickly gave it up. So it's spent most of it's life in the case, unplayed - I can't see any fret wear. It's in remarkably good condition for a guitar that's 20 years old, the only problem with it is that there is some peeling of the clear finish on the back of the headstock - I have tried to capture it in the pics, but it's not easy to see. It also seems to be a problem that affects some other Jimmie Vaughan guitars, though I have no idea why. Anyway, it's a defect that you see when you look for it, but not the rest of the time. Apart from that, I can't see a mark on it. I hesitate to say "immaculate", but that's how the rest of it looks to me.Comes with Stagg case as well as original tremolo arm & Fender hang tag.
