EVI provides a simple, economical solution for permanent installations requiring even coverage over a fixed rectangular area. In a typical room, the distance from a front-mounted loudspeaker to the last row is two or more times the distance to the front row, resulting in a substantial front-to-back difference in level and intelligibility.
