These rare beautiful Peter Henderson african blackwood and ivory bagpipes are circa 1880's and were lightly used and about 40 years old when my great grandparents bought them for my grandfather in 1921, purchased from the "Scots' House" Boston, MA.  The bagpipes haven't been played since the mid 1950's, but have been oiled with almond & lemon oil and carefully stored in a stable temperature and humidity environment in a secure wooden box.  The pipes are in beautiful  condition, no cracks, chips or signs of  ware. These vintage Peter Henderson pipes will give you a wonderful rich tone that will be admired in any piping competition!
