The new James Trussart Steel S Classic features a lightweight wood body and has the look and feel of a vintage instrument, but also features the engraved steel parts, relic’d finishes, playability, tone and workmanship James Trussart is known for. This is the first Steel S Classic and was on display at the 2017 Namm Show. Other features include a Seafoam Green over Cream finish on a lightweight Sugar Pine body, Maple neck, Rosewood fretboard, Gator engraved pickguard, backplate and headcap and custom wound Arcane pickups. Comes with a deluxe G&G hardshell case and COA. Rebel Guitars is an authorized James Trussart Guitars dealer.The contoured wood body and custom metal appointments are beautiful to look at as well as being functional. For instance, the trademarked recessed steel headcap adds mass to the headstock and increases sustain. The steel, while also being the perfect medium to display the beautiful Trussart custom finishes and engraving, also has tonal advantages. The Steel S Classic’s tone is a uniquely classic sound that, combined with the resonant qualities of the body and steel parts, can range from sweet thick classic tones to the heaviest lead tones.Model: Steel S Classic
