This unit was used in our studio for the last two years. I purchased it from a authorized Furman dealer as a refurbished unit. Works perfect. Ideal to protect high end audio equipment from voltage spikes and low voltage issues. This is a must have if your equipment is set up in an older building with questionable electrical service. Perfect for large apartment complexes or high rise buildings. The P-2400 AR is an absolute must if your running your band or stereo equipment off a generator. This did a great job in our old building. It kept our power stable at 120 volts. Also, this is a 120 volt 20 amp input. You will need to have a twenty amp outlet (one prong is vertical the other is horizontal). You can buy one at your local hardware store if you don't already have one.
