This is a VERY NICE Edwards symphonic trombone. The Edwards instruments have made a big splash in the trombone world in the last 15 years or so-rapidly becoming one of the most widely played instruments in symphony orchestra all over the world. This is a terrific example of a fine Edwards symphonic trombone. It features a 321CF bell (22 Gauge yellow brass, tempered) rose brass tuning slide and a MDB slide (I think this is a .525/.547 dual bore slide). This instrument is also equiped with the Thayer valve. The instrument is in excellent condition. There are no serious dents that I can see though there is some lacquer wear. Slide is excellent with practically no wear ( see pic) and no dings or catches. Thayer valve is in excellent condition. Horn plays great!
