The Groupmaster is the most sought after of the Maestro Echoplex machines. This one is in perfect working condition, and boasts a real Echoplex tape with less than 5 hours on it. Sadly, I lost The cardboard box the NOS tape came in.:( Missing the rubber teat that was on the slider, and one knurled screw that holds the plastic cover down. The other screw is there and does a fine job holding cover in place. This unit is fully functional, sounds ridiculous, and the best Maestro made. The Echoplex is probably the only vintage effect that sounds better and is more sought after in the transistor format than the tube units. Tolex outer covering shows wear, but the works are perfect.
