A brilliant instrument in excellent condition. Bought late 2013 but very much underused. And this model is still current retailing for over £5,500! All functions work perfectly. Includes manual and yamaha piano stool. As for removal......It is heavy and cumbersome. It is also on the first floor. I would strongly advise you to use a professional piano remover. Won't bore you with repeating what specs and reviews you can find with a Google search but please feel free to ask any questions. Cash on collection. John
