Fender Telecaster, ’52 SPL, Off White Blonde, 1993, UPGRADES --- FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE --- 1993-94, Made In Japan, “O” serial Highly sort after early 90’s FujiGen production This is the higher end TL52 SPL model Telecaster from Fender JPN. Original fitted out and reminiscent to Keith Richards “Micawber” Telecaster (The Rolling Stones). It was factory fitted with a black, one ply, 5 screw pickguard and neck humbucker (the body neck cavity is factory routed for a humbucker). It has since had some very cool mods that really make it stand out, especially in the tone department! Off White Blonde finish, three ply red tortoise pickguard Hard to find, 2 piece, white Ashwood body Maple neck, 7.25” board, 25.5”scale neck 42mm nut, vintage size frets, “C” profile 6 saddle, string through bridge Excellent for more accurate intonation and actions adjustments Upgraded Sprague .047mfd orange drop tone capacitor The neck pickup has been upgraded to a Seymour Duncan, Vintage Stack Tele, alnico single coil, hum-cancelling pickup. Very warm but with a nice strong output, excellent for all rhythm work Now the cool one… The bridge pickup has been upgraded to a Tom Anderson – Guitarworks – TN3. They are a handmade pickup with the highest quality parts and vintage winding machines and techniques. This TN3 is a hum cancelling, true single coil pickup designed for a Telecaster. Very low string pull which translates into strings that ring longer! Confirmed directly from Tom Anderson Guitarworks, they were made in the late 80's and into the early 90's. So this is a nice little 30 odd year vintage addition to an exceptional guitar Period correct 50’s headstock logo and string tree Sealed Gotoh tuners, chrome dome top knobs Includes a Gig Case ITEM CONDITION All machinery, electrical, and pickups are perfect.
