For auction is a great Klaus Heyne modified U87ai. The serial number is 82xxx. Master microphone tech Klaus Heyne gave this microphone his signature standard mod at the end of 2015. Cost for the mod is close to $1800, the mic was originally $3000 new, so all together I spent close to $5000 on this one!This mic is a real gem! Couldn't find a scratch anywhere on it, always babied and returned to its case. Comes with everything pictured. See the pics! Never left my home studio which is a smoke free and animal free zone. Only used it for vocals a few times, never used on anything but singing. The capsule compartment is still sealed with Klaus' custom seal, see the 2nd pic. Comes with original Neumann wooden box. Shipping is a flat $25 anywhere in the United States. Will ship globally using the Global Shipping program.
