The new Gold Tone Mandocello, only a couple weeks old. A luthier with 39 years of experience has already leveled the frets, lowered the action at the nut and at the bridge, and the instrument has been intonated. The action is low (check the pictures), and the neck is straight. These services will save you over $200 in setup fees. The pickguard was lowered 5/16" and the knobs were cut down. Dots were added so volume settings can be seen in a glance. A strap button was added at the heel cap of the neck. The tailpiece is solid ebony 3/8" thick - not a slab of brass with a sliver of ebony screwed on. The hard shell case is in great condition - only one small nick in the vinyl up by the peghead. I will carefully pack and ship this mandocello to you anywhere in the lower 48 states for free. I accept Paypal only as payment. Thanks!
