For auction is an audio interface in excellent condition. It comes equipped with the which adds LTC and Video Sync functionality. This expansion card alone retails for over $500 (see photos). I've used this interface in my smoke free private composition room with my Pro Tools 10, Logic X pro, Ableton, Traktor and Maschine 2 and absolutely love the unit. RME makes rock-solid clean sounding gear. 4 built in preamps along with 8 analog line inputs and outputs, 16 channels of ADAT I/O, and S/PDIF in/out provides a great deal of flexibility and routing options. The unit is in perfect working condition and shows minor signs of wear and tear (see photos). The channel 1 TRS output has a missing small metal ring but it does not affect the functionality or sound. I am only selling this to go more portable and switch to the RME UFC for the smaller footprint and portability. Overview from the RME Website: 10 x Analog I/O 1 x Stereo Headphone Out 2 x ADAT I/O or 1 x ADAT I/O plus 1 x SPDIF I/O optical 1 x SPDIF I/O coaxial 1 x Word Clock I/O 1 x MIDI I/O 4 x Mic/Line Inputs with Preamps 1 x Instrument input adjustable 2 x FireWire 800 1 x Firewire 400

The Fireface 800 is the world's most powerful FireWire audio interface ever. Up to 56 channels record/playback, up to 192 kHz sample rate, and true FireWire 800 sum up to an unsurpassed high-end, high performance and high speed FireWire audio interface. Since the Fireface first shipped in July 2004, the unit became the reference for FireWire audio - and still is today! This item comes as-is so feel free to ask any questions.
