Heavily Modded! High Gain! Made In USA!
This is really cool. You are looking at a Vintage 1976 Fender Twin Reverb Silverface 2x12 Tube Amp. This is NOT your Fathers Twin. (lol). Somebody went through this amp and made it into a High Gain Amp. Think Mesa Boogie or Marshall. It has an AWESOME Tone, perfect for Classic Rock. Very similar to a JCM 800.Let's talk about this amp. The tremolo is no longer operational. The tube on that circuit has been used for the gain stage on channel 1. 2 Gain Stages with a Master Volume. 1 Clean Stage with a Master Volume. 100 Watt Amp. Gets Plenty Loud. Very Cool Original Tone. I really like this. Perfect for 1970's Arena Rock. Our Tech marked with Blue Painters Tape the new settings for this amp. I have left it on for instructional purposes. Once you get it all down, the tape just peels off. Again, this is NOT your typical Fender Twin Reverb. As I stated earlier, think JCM 800. Speakers are Celestion G12T-75.Serial Number: #F209701
