This is a beautiful 1996 Emperor Regent made in Korea at the acclaimed Peerless factory. Other than light, hairline surface scratches and a few very tiny dings this guitar is in excellent condition. The finish is glossy all over and fret wear is minimal. There is some slight cracking if the finish near the neck joint, but there is absolutely no separation. The joint is very solid. This guitar has a Johnny Smith style floating pickup. It has a surprisingly beautiful and fairly loud acoustic tone.
There is a switch and an extra pot that were added to pickguard, as this guitar previously had a piezo bridge installed. These are not currently functional. The playability is excellent and the notes ring out clearly across the entire fretboard.
A hard shell Epiphone case is included. Unfortunately I cannot ship this guitar internationally due to the rosewood fretboard and bridge.
