Here's an awesome project for someone looking for a Jazzmaster. I intended to finish this up but I have too many guitars and need to make some space. This started with a MIJ body I found that was originally Candy Apple Red, and a MIM neck with just standard, unpainted wood (both are genuine Fender). The pickup areas had been routed pretty sloppily by the original owner (you can sort of see under the shielding paint, but this is completely invisible when pickups are installed) for some other kind of pickup down into the body, but no additional routing was done around the standard pickup openings. I had the body and neck stripped and refinished with a light relic to fiesta red by the fine folks at MJT. They also installed the logo since the original was sanded off. This was expensive because of the poly MIJ body. The color came out amazing and the relicing looks tasteful and completely realistic. Love the matching headstock- you won't find too many other people with Fiesta Red Jazzmasters let alone with matching stocks.Included also is a neck plate and screws, (I think it's a Callaham, thicker than Fender), strap posts and screws, the original tuners from the MIM neck, the original pick guard and pickup covers (worn through the screw holes at at least one spot, but will definitely be attachable), the original trem (no arm) and bridge, a set of new witch hat knobs, and a set of new pick guard screws. If you don't see it in the photos assume it isn't included! Just really needs pickups and a wiring harness and some hardware, you'll be good to go. I only ship to the USA.
