Jenco 2.5 Octive Vibraphone I believe from the late 1950's all Original Parts and motor, Brand New Frame, Pedal Assembly, Cord, Belt, and Damper Felt. This Vintage Vibraphone has been completely Refurbished All parts have been cleaned and polished, it has a brand new frame made out of Red Oak that has four coats of varnish and four coats of clear for a Beautiful and durable finish, The base and resonators have been stripped down to bare medal and also have four coats each of PRIMIER AND PAINT. All the keys and hardware has been cleaned and buffed, the Keys have been polished to a mirror finish. The original motor is a BODINE ELECTRIC CO. CHICAGO ILL. brand that has been cleaned and oiled, it takes a few minutes to warm up but it still works well. It is a great travel instrument that measures 38 inches long by 26 inches wide on the large end and 14 inches wide on the small end with 30 graduated keys that range from C thru F that are stamped, great for beginners. The frame separates from the key carriage with two thumb screws for easy assembly when traveling .The vibes have a beautiful soft warm tone, I personally took my time over six weeks refurbishing the vibes. The vibes will be professionally packed in two containers and shipped ground transportation. and will ship two to three days after the payment posts.
