1960s VINTAGE GRETSCH 6162 Guitar Tube TREMOLO AMPLIFIER AMP 6973 <Video Demo>

we purchased this amp at a local estate sale it was in storage for years newly installed 3 prong cordfirst video is just amp clean, second video I am using a Boss sd-1 for a little overdriveas to my bit of knowledge the high voltage is there and all tubes are getting there heater voltage please do not hesitate to ask questions the amp plays good but it may need to be serviced its old!!the tremolo works good the reverb is working not the best sounding there are 2 CTS 11 ohm generic speakes included wired in parallel. they measure around 6 ohms I have only used this 6 ohm set up for the videos it came wired 4 ohms originally the amp may need some tlc but it seems to be working goodthe speakers should probably be replaced with proper 8 ohm speakers wired to 4 ohm the jensen that is pictured is not includedthere is 2- RCA 6cz5 1-6eu7 and 1 5u4 and 4 random 12ax7 includedI installed a different set of 6CZ5 and biased it and the amp sounds a lot better than it did initally when i listed it for sale the 6cz5 still get hot, 6973 may work better in this amp. I Replaced the electrolytic and paper capacitors throughout the amp with Illinois american Capacitors for the electrolitics and sprague for the paper capsI will include the original caps that I have I replaced a few resistors that were visibly burntI added some shrink tubing on some wires that had been melted that were touching the wirewound resistor the was burnt I converted the 6973 sockets to accept 6cz5 and 6973 tubes, just a jumper from pins 1 to 8 amp will be packed well in 2" of Styrofoam Please examine pics carefully and ask all question prior to bidding.
