Product Description Kramer's The 84 is based on the '84 Baretta solidbody electric that helped define the sound of shredtastic '80s rock. Eddie Van Halen played and endorsed them early on, and just one look will tell you why. The 84 is equipped for no-nonsense, fast-paced performance. The single Seymour Duncan JB humbucker at the bridge boasts aggressive output that's enhanced by the lack of a tone circuit. From the 12" fretboard radius to the Floyd Rose trem, The 84 is made to shred. With Kramer's The 84 solidbody electric guitar, any amplifier will be at your mercy. What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was some minor finish flaws on the top and side of the body (see photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor finish flaws, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "2nd" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
