This PRS Tremonti USA model guitar was used in the studio by Mark Tremonti for the recording of the song "The Other Side" on Alter Bridge's fifth album, The Last Hero. This guitar was handmade for Mark Tremonti specifically for the recording of The Last Hero and sold originally through Fret 12, a company and label owned by Mark's brother, Daniel Tremonti. The back of the headstock has this detail and the guitar's number listed.The tape on the outside of the case states "Zit Lip" which was the working title for the song which eventually was named "The Other Side" once the album was released. The color is Orange Tiger. It has a stop tail bridge. (no whammy) It is mahogany back and neck with a maple top and rosewood fretboard. I have a video of Mark using this guitar in the studio that was sent specifically to me as I was the original buyer from Fret 12. I am happy to send this video to interested buyers via private email.This is a phenomenal opportunity to own part of music history for any die-hard Alter Bridge or Mark Tremonti fan. 10 of these guitars were built with one being used on each different track on the album, according to Fret 12 originally.As received from Fret 12, there is a very small fine ding on one tip of the headstock. This happened in the studio by either Mark or the employees handling his gear. This guitar has never been used by me, as it was bought as a collector's item. This guitar was used by Mark only in the studio, otherwise is in "as new" condition with the exception of the small ding mentioned previously.Please contact me with any further questions!
