We ship to addresses provided us through Ebay or Paypal. If you have another address to ship to please notify us through email. Notes on Paypal do not print out on the packing slip and may be overlooked. If an item is returned non-deliverable, you must re-pay the second shipping charge again for us to ship out.
Insurance is automatically provided up to $100.00. It is up to the buyer to cover additional cost. I carefully pack all items to insure safe arrival. I add no additional costs to the shipping charges.
