This is a vintage 1940's Brilhart hard rubber 4 tenor sax mouthpiece in all original fantastic condition with a rare Blue Brilhart box. I got this from the original owner, and it plays real nice.. Smooth and even with a rich tone from this old rubber. It Designed by Arnold Brilhart, Great Neck NY and a 4 digit serial number.
