Pearl Reference Gong Drum - Model RF2014G/C393Color is Purple Craze II #393 which is a slight variation on the Purple Craze #193 finish. I have a mix of the two on my kit and several drummers who have seen it said they wouldn't have known if they weren't told about it.This 20" x 14" single headed gong drum is mounted by two BT-3 Tom Mounts, one located on each side of the drum. Also comes fitted with a Remo Powerstroke Head. Any Pearl Tom Holder or accessory (like a UX-80 Universal Adapter) with a 7/8 post can be used to mount the drum. NO holders or adapters are included with this drum.The shell composition is 4 inner plies of Mahogany and 2 outer plies of Maple.This drum is BRAND NEW from Pearl, and has not been played. Has only been removed from the box for photographs.Normally a special order taking up to 6 months, this one is ready to go now!
