in very good vintage condition with some expected signs of age and normal playing wear- weather checking, dings, nicks, scratches, discoloration, etc. there is a stable, slight binding detachment on the back at the waist (see photo)professionally serviced by Martin for cracks on top, sides and back, and for gluing back bindingthere is a sign of over-spray around the sound hole
this Martin sounds incredible, plays great- a wonderful example of vintage Martin sound and feel
some fret wear on the first few fretsstraight neckthere is room for saddle to be lowered if needed later on
low action: string height 1/8" at 12th string at low Ecomes in a vintage blue-lined hard shell case, all latches work, in very good clean condition
