The guitar pictured is the actual guitar you will receive! At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving. This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without the care that it, and you, deserve.   The GPCX1RAE features a Sitka Spruce top with Rosewood patterned high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides. Known for its clear and bright sound, Sitka Spruce delivers timeless acoustic tone and classic good looks. Combined with the Richlite fretboard and bridge, Fishman Sonitone electronics and scalloped Sitka Spruce X-bracing, you get all the expression and projection you need. This DCPA5 features a very playable laminate Birch neck, with a Performing Artist neck taper. This slimmer profile is easy on your hand, allowing you to play those extended sessions in comfort. This precision-cut neck has a fast FSC Certified Richlite fretboard, which will never warp, and a 1-3/4 nut width, to give you the right amount of spacing between the strings. The Fishman Sonitone pickup system delivers great sounding output onstage and in the studio. The Sonitone system puts volume and tone controls directly in the soundhole for easy access. This guitar is required to be listed as seller refurbished by the manufacturer. It has been completely checked over by The Music Farm team, and also by the largest manufacturer refurbishing center in America. Buying one of these guitars is almost like buying a brand new guitar, but getting a huge savings on it! Most of these instruments do not have any visible defects. If there is a visible defect it will be indicated in pictures and in the description. These guitars do not carry the original manufacturer warranty, and in order to prevent invalid warranty claims they are lightly stamped “USED” or “2nd” on the back of the headstock, and the original serial number has been replaced with a new serial number from the refurbishing center.
