Up for sale is a Limited Edition VHT Pitbull 45 1x12" Tube Combo Amp in a James Tyler Burning Water Finish. This was offered as part of a set (James Tyler Guitar/ VHT Amp) and to the best of my knowledge, only 3-sets were ever made. I purchased this used about 4 years ago and it has sat in my smoke-free office with very limited play ever since. Structurally and performance-wise this amp is in excellent condition and without issue - everything works as it should. Cosmetically overall, this amp is in excellent condition and looks stunning. Given the nature of the finish (satin with various base coats), it is difficult to know what might be a mark and what is original. The biggest issue is a hairline crack in the front side lip(see pic - made more noticeable with the flash) - this is in the lip(the part that makes the front edge thicker) and not in the actual side or baffle - it is strictly cosmetic and not structural. Note: it is masked well by the finish and negligible in normal light (it went unoticed by me for years until I inspected it to sell) but once you know it's there, it's easy to find. There is a small chip in the back bottom(see pic) and I'm sure some other mild scuffs/marks mostly along the bottom edges and not easily seen unless you're looking for them. If you want 'mint', this is not for you. If you want something that looks clean/virtually-new with a casual inspection, you won't be dissapointed. As stated, amp sounds, looks great and without issue. Include the original 4-button lighted footswitch with a few marks/scuffs(see pics - mostly from rubbing back of speaker which also has some marks) but works perfectly. Given the nature of the cabinet, amp will be heavily packed and is reflected in the cost of freight.
