You are bidding on Yamaha D85 vintage organ which was chopped and slightly modified. This organ from my collection. I have 2 of them, one needs to go.It looks nice and works just fine. Original weight around 450lbs, after modifications-around 120-130lbs. excellent organ sounds, very rich chorus, excellent orchestral patches which you can mix between each other and mix between key beds. excellent analog leads in small synth. D85 was top-of-the-line home console model that used Yamaha's "Pulsed Analog Synthesis System" (PASS) to create more lifelike sounding instruments. PASS took technology from the GX-1(CS80, CS70m) and incorporated it into a consumer model instrument. D85 sounds more analog than digital and sounds pretty fat especially if you mix patches, very cool arrpegiator and very damn drum machine, but good to practice. Some sound you can hear here(slow leads): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhxqMwzaybY http://www.matrixsynth.com/2011/08/yamaha-d85-organsynth-chopped-same-pass.html ON a back(sorry for bad picture)the organ has 1/4 2 stereo outputs and input for sustain and hold pedal and last connector for expression pedal-all hooked up . You can use any regular volume/expression pedal to adjust volume or twist pot on a organ control panel. D85 is certainly is way much higher than Yamaha YC45D organ. Mono synth on a top is really phenominal and if you want fatter sound you can put it in dual with middle keybed and sounds will really fat. NOTE: Upper special presets(completely damn and useless) and upper custom voices are disconnected for the purpose to connect somehow to mono synth(for poly mode they are still very poor and useless), but this work had never been completed-I lost connection with guy I bought the organ. Vocal ensemble is still in touch and still can be use in poly mode for both key bed. Local pick is welcome. I can ship anywhere in US, flat rate $500 including crating of organ. For international shipment- I have no idea, you manage this and I know it's expensive. It's hard to find Yamaha D85 on a market these days. PS: Modified Yamaha E70 on a bottom is not for sale on this page, but I also have 2 of them and one E70 is on my other ebay page.
