Description Brand: Bach Items Included: Case Trombone Type: Tenor Skill Level: Professional Model: 36G with custom built F attachment Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Finish: Gold Brass Bell, Lightweight slide
I have a wonderful Bach 36G (Gold brass bell), with lightweight slide in great condition. The F attachment was custom designed and built by Chuck Ward of Chardon, Ohio. Chuck does work for the Cleveland Orchestra brass, Oberlin College, and all over the area. The F attachment has a larger Conn rotor, and it is very open. The slide was realigned by Bruce Belo of Orange County, CA. He does great work. This is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind horn. It was built in Elkhart, Indiana. Ser. #110XXX. Approx. year built is 1992. This is a .525 medium bore. It is a very versatile horn. I am the second owner. I purchased it from an Oberlin College trombone major. I'm a professional player, and I've used it in every setting from orchestra, wind orchestra, concert band, chamber groups, pit orchestra and jazz bands. All slides are in excellent condition and move freely. The rotor on the F attachment is quiet and a huge improvement over a Bach rotor. I have had a several fine players try this horn. They all like it. If you're in the market for a 36G, I don't think you'll find one that sounds and plays as well. Original Bach case included, and in good condition. Buyer to pay shipping costs, estimated in the U.S. at $75. I will ship trombone within 48 hours of receiving payment. It will include tracking and insurance, and will be very well prepared for shipping.
