Gibson les Paul custom in Vintage White, 70's style, with reliced/aged finish, The Gibson Custom Shop has produced a total of these that didn't exceed 200 so these are very rare. This guitar replicates the look and feel of the early 70's era Les Paul Custom. Finished in Antique vintage white. The 'ageing' is prominent yet very nicely done, and not exceeding the acceptable level for most guitarists. Sounds very fat! This particular model has been upgraded with grover tuners, a set of Motor City 2nd degree black belt humbuckers with aged pole peices, custom fitted hand carved unbleached bone nut, and Dunlop 6100 jumbo fretwire professionally installed by Schroeder guitar repair in Chicago. No breaks or repairs. Only the above mentioned modifications. Guitar was well over $3,000 new. The modifications were approximately $1,000.
