This guitar sounds amazing and I'm only selling it because I need the money. They used back stock of the same copper wire used in the 50's to wrap these soap box pick ups so they sound the same! The guitar comes with the original custom shop case and has very few imperfections which I have done my best to document with pictures. The guitar looks perfect at first blush but there are a few nicks that you'll find if you look really close. The most significant one is the nick on the gold top that looks like an eye lash. Check out the pics to see this. There is another pin head sized nick on the gold top that you won't see in the pics because its too small to show up but you can try zooming in on the bottom left hand side of the gold top to see if you can see it. There is a nick on the side of the guitar (top side while playing) that is also pictured and another on the back of the head stock. There are also two lines, possibly from setting it down that I have pictured. The hardware is in pretty good condition but there is some tarnish. Again, check pics for an accurate idea of the condition. There is some very light pick scuffing on the gold top above the strings and a little on the horn below the strings. I've included pictures that highlight this as well. It's very minor! I use strap locks and because I no longer have the strap buttons it came with I've included my strap locks with the guitar. I threw some strings in there too. I tried weighing this guitar on my bathroom scale but it isn't very accurate. It came out to 8 pounds. I'd bet it's about that and maybe a little more. This is a real auction with no reserve and a low starting bid! Good luck to you!
