For sale is this gorgeous late-2015 made custom shop Taylor grand concert sized guitar with cedar top and Fiddleback Mahogany grained back and sides. This Mahogany was a super premium select set, has a wonderful flamed curl to it, and looks and sounds amazing. The bracing is the Adirondack upgrade option as well. The combination of cedar top with adi bracing against this Mahogany back is, well... spectacular. The punch and strong mids you'd expect are smoothed out with the warm overtones of the cedar. The bracing really gives it more punch than you'd expect from a smaller bodied guitar. Most people that hear it are surprised by how loud it is, especially for a small bodied cedar top guitar. The neck is a nice marbled ebony which has beautiful natural coloring to it (another premium upgrade). The grand concert size is typically a short scale (24.9" for Taylor), but this also has a slightly narrower but too (1.69") which to me makes it super easy to fret and play. I also had my luthier work extra hard on the set up, and it shows. This feels like butter, the perfect finger style guitar to hold, play and fret.Other appointments are bronze gotoh tuning machines, abalone rosette, large diamond inlays, and edgeburst finish on the whole guitar. The pickup is an after market K&K transducer (which I personally think sounds more natural than the ES2).Hate so see this go, but I'm forced to. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
