Excellent pair of vintage FACTORY MATCHED, sequential serial number, BLACK LABEL 2002 15" Sound edge Hi-Hats manufactured in 1974. No cracks, keyhole or issues! Edges are in perfect condition with no flea bites or dings which is rarely seen! All labels are intact and vibrant except for the top of the top hat that was cleaned at some point over the years. These weigh 1113 and 1126 grams making these lighter than many of the pairs that you find and definitely lighter than the new models. Some of these earlier year produced hats weigh a little less than the more common later 70's 2002's that more commonly show up. 36 ripples on the bottom hat. These 70's versions also have a greater number of and more defined ripples on the bottom than models produced over the last 35+ years. Great sounding hats in better physical shape than most of the vintage pairs out there. The top hat could use a cleaning on the top or leave as is for the older look with some "Patina".
