This is a 1962 (serial # 49273) Gretsch Double Anniversary. It's 100% original as far as I can tell, including the finish, no overspray. Shows the typical little dings, scratches and tiny paint chips. No cracks, routs or repairs. As you can see, has some "Gretschitis" in the binding. But the good news is that the binding is solid overall, none of it has flaked off since i've had it. The truss rod adjusts fine and the frets show only light use to the first three or four. The electronics all work fine and of course the pickups sound great. The guitar plays good up and down the neck except for some buzzing of the high E string, only when open. So this will need a set up. The action now is approx 6/64" from the bottom of the low E string to the top of the 12th fret. The neck has a comfortable medium C profile. The nut is a bit over 1 5/8".
