vintage 1958 Harmony Stratotone Mercury H-48- the first year the stratotone was made. Cool primitive logo and writing on headstock,a little different thereafter. when I bought it several years ago it had the dark brown dials pictured so I replaced them with the correct repros. to my knowledge the brown dials were not correct, though they fit perfectly. at any rate, they are included with the repros.the guitar plays and sounds great. the tone dial works only on the bass setting, i was told that was the way they were set up.the D tuner stem is bent and can be straightened, but it works fine as is.the guitar comes in a gig bag.great blond finish and original dearmond pickup.
