For everyone itching to play 'In the Air Tonight' on the same kit ..... ... for sale with NO RESERVE is this piano black vintage Premier concert tom kit in terrific condition. I bought it for some sessions a year or two ago. I believe this is an early 1980s kit and have been told it is the model used by Phil Collins on In The Air Tonight. The Concert toms are 6", 8", 10", 12", 13", 14", 15", 16" (8 drums in total). The floor tom is 18" x 16". (Because obviously this kit needs more toms). The Bass drum is 22" x 16". The kit comes with 3 x double braced double tom floor stands (which I think are Trilok), a matching bass drum-mounted double tom stand, and the original floor tom legs. All the hardware works properly and nothing is missing. I cleaned this kit lovingly when I bought it. The drums are in amazing condition for the age, with almost no marks on any of the concert toms, no rusting or significant pitting on any hoops or nut boxes, but some minor marks on the BD hoops which would paint out, and the odd mark on the wrap of the floor tom. The smaller concert toms in particular look hardly used. The floor stands are a little tarnished but are perfectly presentable. The bass drum-mounted double tom stand looks great. All the toms including the floor tom have new Pinstripe batter heads. The floor tom also has a new Ambassador resonator head. The bass drum has an Evans eq3 resonator head and a Weatherking Powerstroke 3 batter head with a Remo impact patch, which are not new but are fine. I am based near Newcatle in England so it is collection, or meet you half way, or something like that. Or, I will ship anywhere in the world - if you would like me to ship this kit please message me before bidding so we can check prices. This is a rare and collectible kit which I am selling reluctantly and want to go to a good home. Check out my other listings for more special instruments.
