For auction is a Custom Tones Ethos Overdrive-TLE pedal. This is a mind-blowing piece of equipment with two channels (clean and gain) and a gain boost that just kills it! The Ethos provides the highest quality and broadest range of tonalities I've ever seen in a pedal, including separate EQ for both the clean and gain channels, Classic or Modern & Jazz or Rock amplifier settings, and a brite switch, also on both channels. The knobs are incredibly responsive making it possible to truly sculpt your tone. The TLE (Tight Low End) feature is built into the unit, and is exceptional. Besides the rich and beautiful tone of this unit, what stands out most to me is that it sounds like your guitar coming through the unit, not a highly processed digital signal like too many overdrive pedals tend to deliver. It is configured to either go into your amp, or to go direct into a PA.I discovered the Ethos Overdrive by Custom Tones as I began research on Dumble amps and the various clones/overdrive effects that deliver that rich, clear, unbelievable tone of the Dumble brand. I was impressed with the reviews, particularly this in-depth exploration of the Ethos amazingly broad range of tonalities and uses by Rodney Gene, Jr. (I am unable to include a link to his review on Youtube, but if you're interested, search for "Ethos Overdrive Channel - HRM - User Guide And Demo - Dumble Tones!" (Note that the unit he is working with on the video is a model with one eq feature not included in this unit, but everything else is the same.) It's a very thorough explanation of the unit.
I absolutely love it, and bought a second for a separate rig, but now have to sell one. This unit is gently used and, as you can see from the photos, shows virtually no wear. Original box, Quick Start Guide, and specialized power supply are included.I can only accept PayPal, ship within the United States, and all sales are final.
