If ever there was a "Magic box" for mixing and mastering this would be it! Thosewho have had experience with this unit are well aware of the immediate and inimitable impact that this unit creates.These items are exceptionally rare. You rarely see them on ebay and those who own them tend to hang on to the, as they know you can take AL at GML 8200's, SPI, Manley, Sontac and other vaunted and very costly program qualizers and none of them come close to the NTI for making a mix sound like a mix, as soon as it is plugged in!Cliff Maag, with MAAG Audio is a very close friend to us. We went to his house Dec 18, 2016 to make sure this unit was in top shape. He had us take the last 5 pictures showing the two different channels and their numbers. This unit is not only in mint condition, but is vintage and there were only a few of them made. Unlike most of these models, this unit has only 4 years of private home use on it. The sound is clean and quiet with no noisy pots or switches. Works as new. MAAG Audio has reissued the EQ3 (not this unit) in 500 series format. But this is the original 90's era EQ that predates them all. This unit functions as it should. This is truly an unique EQ with unconventional filter types. If you have ever used one, then you know what it is capable of. It's more of an enhancer and the curves are very smooth and gentle. It excels at adding presence to sources especially vocals.Shipping out of the USA will be $250.00 includes insurance, Inside the USA will be $100 includes insurance.
