Great looking and playing 2012 Gibson Flying V Traditional Pro w/ OHSC. Serial number is 120811350. The guitar was a Guitar Center Exclusive model by Gibson and has since been D/C. This guitar has a smaller (and lighter) body than the original Flying V's. Solid Mahogany body, quartersawn Mahogany neck w/ thin 60's profile. Bound Rosewood fingerboard. Tone Pros Vintage Kluson tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, and a thin nitro finish. Top is gloss finish. Sides, back, and neck are satin finish. The case with the guitar loaded weighs 15 pounds, and without the guitar weighs 9 pounds. My calculation is that the guitar therefore weighs 6 pounds +/- an ounce or two. It feels very light (and resonant). No issues. I can't even find one scratch on the guitar, this is in excellent condition. If you have always wanted to add a Flying V to your arsenal, this is your chance. This is one good git.
