Up for sale is one Edwards E-FR-145GT electric guitar from Japan. I purchased this about 5 years ago from a friend and since then have acquired other guitars and, although this guitar is by far the best quality and nicest sounding one that I've owned, I realized that I honestly don't play guitar enough to need such a nice guitar. I've taken good care of it though, although the fretboard probably hasn't been oiled in about 8 months, since I moved and put it up on a wall mount in my music room. Likewise the strings need replacing and you will probably want to oil/adjust the floyd rose and action locks. As you can see in the photo, there is a small (1cm) chip in the paint/varnish between the tremolo and first pickup. It was there when I bought it: friend said there was a defect in the paint and it chipped once when he was adjusting the floyd rose (not surprising). There's no damage to the actual wood or body of the guitar however, and I have never noticed any sort of effect from it (either to installing pickups, floyd rose adjustment, or sound quality). There is likewise no neck-bend or warping of any kind (to the best I'm able to tell). I'm also including a few extra Floyd Rose tension-adjustment screws: when my friend gave it to me, the allen wrench sockets on two of them were really worn-down. Plus they're easy to lose haha.Speaking of the Floyd Rose: One of the saddle blocks (I believe it is the third from the right in the photo), is chipped on the inside. This doesn't affect the tension or setting the string, as you can simply turn it around, but it is worth mentioning. I should also mention that if you have owned a floyd rose style bridge before, you know that the strings-in-saddles concept is not at all physically 'strong'. To avoid strings popping out on me I did the trick of bending the ends of the strings and actually sandwiching them UNDER the saddle blocks, rather than just having them pressed between the saddle block and the saddle wall. Just FYI for when you get it and take it apart and go "why the heck are they set like this?!".I also (when I first bought it) replaced the original Seymour Duncan neck SH-1n pickup with an EMG-HZ (H3) pickup, because I prefer the more growly sound it gets from my overdrive pedals. I no longer have the original pickup!  Also, when I installed the pickup I noticed that some of the original soldering connections were quite loose, so I re-soldered all of the connections in the electronics cavity, including the cord connection as it was almost completely off. You're welcome ;)I've attached the tremolo bar for the pictures but honestly I never used it. Also, my friend stuck a portal pick-holder on the back of the head, as you can see in the photos. Not sure why, but it's handy and I was afraid of damaging the paint taking it off so, it comes stuck on. Overall this is a beautiful guitar in basically perfect condition (minus the paint chip). It sounds amazing, has great action, and the Floyd Rose makes for perfect tension (never had to adjust string tension once tuned). I'm really sad to see it go, but I just don't use it enough. Please do send me your best offers. I'll consider all reasonable offers. Please keep in mind that this guitar is 1500$ new, and while it has a paint chip, it is otherwise in perfect condition.
