If you have any questions, concerns or are unsure about anything regarding this item, PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING!Up for auction is a Vintage Ludwig & Ludwig Snare Drum. This is an awesome old drum! It measures 14" X 5". According to my research, the rim stamp dates it to the early part of the century. The badge is missing. The shell is in good condition with the expected wear for so old of a drum. There are a couple of small dents on the sides. There is some metal wear and scratches, please examine the pictures closely. The top head has a 1" tear in it and it is unmarked. The bottom head is a Slingerland Sensitone *Calf* and in good condition with no tears. The case is in good working condition but quite old as well. There is a skeleton key attached to the handle that I assume fits the latch's lock. The handle has been reinforced. There is an old marching harness included. There is also a drum key that fits the drum, but, it is marked Slingerland. There is a name written on the inside of the drum as well as a number, I couldn't find any information on either and it may just be the name of the original owner.
