Hello,So I have for sale some incredible hi-fidelity microphones. If you've found these than you probably already know the reputation Earthworks has. This is the 3-piece mic set specified for drum recording as opposed to their "live version." The mics have an insanely sensitive response - which is surprising once you see how small the actual diaphragm of the mic is. As an article from Sound On Sound puts it, "The particularly small diameter of the mic's diaphragm is a key contributor to its wide frequency bandwidth of 9Hz-25kHz between the -3dB points, as well as to its extremely tidy transient behavior."When using these mics, you'll quickly notice that the room begins to play an integral part to the drum sound. I've always found this particularly pleasing, I really like my drums to "breathe." Beyond drums, these mics are well-suited for acoustic guitar, choral recordings, and general room microphones. One of the best sounds (electric guitar) I've heard from these mics was by utilizing an SM57 on the grill cloth and one of the TC25's as a room mic. By hard panning the 57 left and the TC25 right, I was left with this huge spacious guitar tone.They've been very gently used. Once for live recording and several times over the course of the last year for demos and eventually for a full-length LP. As you can see in the photos, the mics are cosmetically very clean. There is however a minor scuff on the middle TC25 which you can see.Included:-1 SR25 Cardioid Mic-2 TC25 Omnidirectional-1 "Kickpad" in-line kick EQ and compressor - very nifty tool in certain situations-Original Carrying Case
